Carl A. Murway

Carl represents clients in a variety of family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, divorce, custody, and premarital agreements. Experience includes complex business valuation issues, treatment of deferred compensation and retirement assets in divorce, analysis of complex executive compensation arrangements, and tax considerations involved in the division and disbursement of marital and separate property. He has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1996. He is also a member of The Center for Principled Family Advocacy, a non-profit organization which educates attorneys and promotes non- traditional alternatives to the resolution of family law matters. He is a frequent Lecturer on Tax Aspects of Divorce on Family Law in Ohio.
